SERVICES & PACKAGES

What you get, and what it costs.

Every event is a little different, so every quote is too. But nothing here is a mystery — below is what's in each package, what it starts at, and exactly where your money goes.

Weddings

The bar is the one vendor your guests interact with all night, and it's usually the one that gets figured out last. We take it off the list early.

We'll build a drink menu around your colors, your season, and the two of you — including signature cocktails that actually taste like something, not just vodka with food coloring. We work off your coordinator's timeline, staff to your head count so the cocktail-hour line stays short, and handle the transition from cocktail hour to dinner service without anyone needing to find us.

Typical wedding coverage runs 5–6 hours of service plus setup and teardown. Every wedding is quoted on its own, so tell us the date and the shape of the day and we'll put real numbers to it.

Includes: menu design · signature cocktails · coordinator timeline sync · cocktail hour + reception service · water and non-alcoholic station · setup and full teardown

Corporate & Brand Events

Company parties have a different failure mode than weddings: it's not that something goes wrong, it's that it's forgettable. A real bar with real drinks fixes that faster than anything else in the budget.

We handle holiday parties, product launches, client appreciation nights, conference receptions, and office milestones. We can run open bar, drink tickets, or a limited signature menu tied to your brand — including custom-named cocktails and branded bar signage if you want the photos.

On the logistics side: we invoice on standard net terms and can provide a single itemized document for expensing.

Includes: branded or standard menu · ticket or open-bar service · itemized invoicing · setup and full teardown

Private Parties

Hosting is a full-time job for the first ninety minutes, and the bar is most of it. Hire that part out and you get your own party back.

Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, retirements, housewarmings, holidays, or a Saturday with no occasion attached. We work in backyards, garages, rented halls, and living rooms. Small guest counts are welcome — there's no minimum that makes us roll our eyes.

Includes: menu built around your crowd · a menu built around your crowd · full bar kit and tools · setup and full teardown

PACKAGES

Two starting points.

The difference is one question: are we building drinks specifically for your event, or pouring a menu that fits your crowd? Everything else — hours, staffing, guest count — moves the number, so every event gets quoted on its own. Send us the date and you'll have a real one within 24 hours.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What we don't do.

Alcohol.
You buy it, you own it, and we never sell it. We'll tell you exactly what and how much to get.
Serving guests who shouldn't be served.
We're TIPS certified and we will cut someone off. It's not negotiable, and if you think about it, it's the reason to hire us instead of putting your cousin behind the bar.

QUESTIONS

Straight answers to the ones we get most.

Do you provide the alcohol?

No — you purchase the alcohol and it stays yours throughout. We're hired for the bar itself: the menu, the technique, the setup, and the service. Tell us what you're planning and we'll talk through what makes sense for your crowd, then settle the rest on the quote.

How much alcohol should I buy?

A useful planning number is about one drink per guest per hour, with the first hour running heavier. Once we've talked through your guest count and what your crowd actually drinks, we can get more specific than that — it's the kind of thing worth a quick call rather than a guess.

Are your bartenders certified?

Yes. We're TIPS certified, which is the standard alcohol-service certification venues and planners look for. It covers responsible service, spotting overconsumption, and handling the moment when someone needs to be cut off — which we will do, and which is most of the reason to hire a professional instead of putting a friend behind the bar.

How many bartenders do I need?

The honest rule is one bartender per 50 guests for a standard bar, or one per 35 if you're serving a lot of built cocktails rather than beer and wine. Under-staffing the bar is the most common mistake we see, and it's the one guests remember. We'll recommend a number when we quote, and we won't pad it.

What's included in setup?

We arrive early, build the bar, prep everything that needs prepping, and are standing behind a finished bar before your first guest walks in. At the end we break it down completely and leave the space the way we found it.

Do you serve non-alcoholic drinks?

Always, and we take them seriously. Every bar includes water and standard mixers, and we can build a real zero-proof menu — three drinks with the same construction and garnish as the rest of the list. Anyone not drinking should still get handed something that looks like it was made for them.

How far do you travel?

The Denver metro is included with no travel fee. Boulder, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, and the mountain towns are all doable — travel gets quoted as a flat rate up front and appears on your estimate before you agree to anything.

How do we hold our date?

A signed agreement and a 15% deposit hold the date. The balance is due within seven days after the event, so you're not juggling a final payment in the week you're actually getting married. We take card, bank transfer, Venmo, Zelle, and check. The deposit is non-refundable — it's what holds your date and turns away other events.

What if it rains, or the plan changes?

We're used to it. Outdoor events need a covered bar position — a tent, a garage, an overhang — and we'll flag that when we quote. Guest counts move, timelines shift, and ceremonies run long. Tell us as early as you can and we'll adjust. If you have to cancel outright, the deposit is non-refundable — it's what held the date and turned away other events.

Can you make a custom cocktail for us?

Yes, and it's the best money in the whole package. Tell us what you both drink and we'll build two signature cocktails that actually taste like something, print menu cards for the bar, and name them whatever you want.

Do you take tips?

That's your call, and we'll set it up either way. Some hosts prefer to cover gratuity themselves so nothing sits on the bar; others want a tip jar out for guests. Tell us which you'd like when we're building the plan and it's handled before the first guest walks up.

Let's check your date.

Tell us when and where. We'll come back within 24 hours with availability and a real number.
